Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item
- The item was damaged in transit
- The product has visible defects or is incomplete
To initiate a return, contact us within a set number of days after delivery. Include your order number, issue description, and if possible, a photo of the product.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns if:
- The item has been used or damaged by the customer
- The return request is made after the allowed time window
- The packaging is missing or tampered with
- The reason is simply a change of mind or preference
Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange, contact:
Provide the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence if the product is defective or incorrect
Our team will guide you through the return process once your request is reviewed and approved.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in cash only, in alignment with our COD-only policy. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will arrange the refund in a timely manner.
We do not offer online, digital, or bank-based refunds.
Exchanges
If your product is eligible for replacement and we have stock available, we will arrange an exchange. If not, a refund or suitable alternative will be offered.
